Note: Free standard shipping is available only for orders above $100 USD.

Delivery Time

Because we ship internationally and work with multiple warehouses, delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

✔ Australia: 2–3 weeks

✔ Europe: 1–2 weeks

Delivery Guarantee & Refund Policy

If your jewelry has not been delivered within 14 business working days after dispatch, you are eligible for a full refund.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

✔ Orders cannot be redirected once they have been dispatched.

✔ If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or invalid address, the customer will be notified and additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
