At Athentinaa Jewelry, your satisfaction means everything to us.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it right quickly and simply.
Returns
You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original packaging must be included
Return shipping costs a flat $5, which will be deducted from your refund.
To start a return, email us at support@athentinaa.com.
Once approved, you’ll receive:
- A prepaid return label
- Simple return instructions
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@athentinaa.com.
Your message must include:
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
If a refund is approved, a flat transaction processing fee of $5 to $8 USD will be applied.
This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
This charge covers payment processing and administrative costs associated with handling your order.
Please note: Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Non Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Exchanges
To exchange an item, simply return your original item.
Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for your preferred item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
A $5 processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover payment processing and handling costs.
Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
